Please could all members check their coat pockets and game bags etc in case they you have inadvertently gone home with one of our Marches dummies. Our dummies are all marked with MGT and/or SN and we are a few missing at the moment

The Marches Gundog Group, based in North Shropshire is a group of gundog enthusiasts that promotes the training and development of gundogs for use in the shooting field. We work our dogs during the shooting season, beating and picking-up on shoots throughout the Marches area and beyond.  Some of our members also compete in Field Trials and Working Tests to test their dogs working ability. We welcome all gundog handlers whatever their ability or experience levels and hold our training days on or around the first Sunday of each month, year round. There is an active social element too, with an annual barbeque and Funday as well the opportunity to chat and swap training tips over  Sunday lunch in the local pub at the end of each training day.
